The Best Way to Fuel for a 5k

The best night-before fuel for a 5k race you ask? 

Probably peppermint ice cream, chocolate chip cookies, and sugary Starbuck's coffee. 

Yep. I might be feeling all this is the morning... 




Luckily, it's just a fun run. So no sweat! I'm fully planning on winning, though :)
